Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

Once an order transaction has been completed a confirmation will be sent to you via email. 


I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of them only focus on creating specific and unique items. Because of that, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. You can be rest assured that if all of the items from your order do not arrive at once….the others are is on their way!


How do I track my package?

We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through ​https://www.17track.net/en. Please know that it takes a few days for the tracking information to be updated on their website


I didn’t get a tracking number, what do I do?

Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 3-7 working days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 7 working days of your order, there might be a technical problem, and you can simply request yours through our contact form or via email (service@ownsunny.com) and we will gladly provide it. 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We want to make sure that everyone can enjoy our unique products and designs.
